    Next SIM Thurs 02/15 AM
    Files due by 7am EST.

    In-game Date: October 12th 1979.

    - Download the updated file!

    Notes

    - I'm working on the HTML and will let you know once it's up! The file is up.

    - All exports were successful

Injuries too serious to play through which resulted in the AI assistant changing lines:

    SAC - Drzik
    MINN - Crawley
    DAL - Burbank/Saastamoinen

OTT had invalid lines on their PK lines. AI assistant made changes, you might want to check to make sure they didn't change your other lines and only filled in the PK spots.

    What's Next & SIM Schedule
Another 7 full days will be simulated!

Jake i'll update your username after the season if that's okay. I can change it now but I would have to "fire" the old user that we have in as a placeholder and then add you fresh as a new hire for the team. Which I'm not sure if that will screw up your tactics, lines, etc.

          Seattle Thunderbirds (9-3, 18 points)
4-1 vs. Minnesota, 3-1 vs. Detroit, 4-2 vs. BC, 6-2 vs. Ottawa

(Seattle's Cecil Ferrell (left) beats the shit out of yet another opponent. Ferrell has three times as much penalty minutes (25) as he does time on the ice (8).)

The Good: Everything seemed to be clicking this week. Most goals allowed in a game was 2 and we scored at least 3 in every game ourselves. We are now 3rd in goals per and 4th in goals allowed per. Defenceman Mitch Willems is now tied for most points from a defender, 11, after scoring a goal in each home game and getting an assist on the road.

The Bad: Getting little to no production from our fourth line. I don't know much about hockey but I guess that's not too shocking. I have an enforcer out there and two scrubs.

The Ugly: The Dallas Generals are a league worst 2-6 with a -17 goal differential. Hank Get your shit together.

Next Week: vs. NY, @ SAC, @ DAL - Short week for the Thunderbirds as we currently lead the league in games played. New York is playing good hockey lately and Sacramento is 2nd in our division. Dallas should be a lot of PIM. Won't be surprised by a let down after going 4-0 and now heading on the road again.

In lieu of our upcoming game against the Seattle Shitheads, the Dallas Generals have recalled Jason "Stone" Mason from Oklahoma.
In 10 games with the minor league affiliate, Mason has played in 10 games, recorded 4 assists and accumulated 16 PIM's.
He had 4 fighting majors during preseason action and is looking to bring a physical presence when the Thundernerds visit The Alamo.

Another solid week as we outshot our opponents this week 183 - 93... almost 23 shots a game! Not sure that this pace is sustainable, but continuing to outshoot our opponents by a large margin, certainly gives us a great shot to win each week!

Our second line continues to do most of the scoring, with the first line beginning to add to the offence. Hopefully our schedule gets a little lighter, as we've been playing seemingly every night. Still getting used to a schedule that seems to offer little rest for the players...
