Exactly. I've been against Interleague play, but this reminds me that it isn't that bad. Who doesn't like to play in Bizarro World?

So when it is all said and done,

I think we added a bit more bite in our offense with Landen, Porter and of course a back-of-the-curve, Ron Snider. Snider is extremely popular, with Landen and Porter also with high levels of popularity to keep those stands packed.

We brought back an aging Koehler (lost MPH this past sim) and an efficient, but fragile, Conteh to hopefully keep us in contention in the league's toughest division. We'll probably be on the hunt for a true #1 later this season.

Bernardi, Fasola, Evans, Maeda, bin Burhan, and now Grubel. Extensions for Anderson and Taylor. I'd call this offseason a huge success for us.

Washington adds Erik Marrella to finish the offseason. I think he'll help the bullpen, which was going to be counting on Pat Reeves to stay healthy, something he's not going to do. Now I should have plenty of quality arms out there to manage if someone gets hurt.

For the offseason, the big addition is obviously Killian Pena. I'm expecting him to be a star from day one, whether he plays 2B or SS and hitting in the middle of my order. The losses of Stokes and Borchers in the rotation will hurt, but maybe Theisen will stay healthy beyond they opening week of the season for a change and we'll be ok.

Besides keeping Hoon Park & resigning SS Melendez, we added SP David Short, Lefty RP Dave Miller then added a few bats with Chris Lemus & IF Dave Taylor will be getting plenty of at bats platooning.

We also took a flyer on Intl 2B/3B Brendan Morin . His importance being a lefty and scout says contact of 55 against righties? If he can play well on the road would really go a decent ways to help with some of our road issues and can bury him in AAA while on homestands. This is one of our wildcards. The other is who is gonna be our #5 starter. We are really really hoping former top prospect J.R. Longval can be that guy. Usually pitchers IF a pitcher figures it out its usually 28 and over. Maybe he doesn't who knows, but were hopeful.

Offseason says our WAR is better, but I don't usually go by that much. I'd say we are just trying to keep up is all.
