      You won 92 games the year after winning it all. By 2022 though (2 years after) your ERA had gone from 2.98 in the banner year to 3.92.

      Lofink in 2020 had his best ever ERA. Kaufman had his best ever ERA. Driggs had a 2.75 ERA and Orbon had a 2.62 ERA. Obviously ERA isn't the best stat for pitching but when you have 4 guys put it all together you are going to have a darn good chance to win it all. I wouldn't say the new version screwed you, you just had a remarkable run that year where everything went right.

        Then they decided that it was time to stop being good and start to suck and they were pretty good doing that too :)
