| Breaking News |  | Saturday, April 13th, 1985: Bulls Trejo Tosses Masterpiece Little Rock's Cristóbal Trejo breezed through the Stampede lineup today, collecting a 4-hit shutout and a 2-0 victory along the way. Trejo fanned 4 as well.
"I didn't really feel like I had my game today," Trejo confessed, "but some days are like that -- you just gotta go with what you have."
|  | Wednesday, April 10th, 1985: Irvine Bangs out 5 Base Hits Kelan Irvine really did a number on the Stampede in the Reading 11-8 victory. Not just anyone can get 5 hits in 5 at-bats. But Kelan Irvine did just that today for the Royals and gave his batting average a healthy boost and sparked his club in the win.
"I felt real good in the batter's box today. I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done," the 21-year-old second baseman said after his record-setting performance.
K. Irvine doubled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off D. Dunn in the 9th.

Ransley put up some serious numbers over the past seven days as he cracked 13 hits in 22 at-bats. The 28-year-old center fielder hit .591, drove in 5 runs, scored 2 times and hit no home runs.
