Sunday, August 5th, 1984: Dardon Hurt, Out of Lineup 2 Weeks
After the end of today's game between Windy City and Morgantown, Montez Dardon skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after making a defensive play, the Playboys had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The center fielder will miss at least 2 weeks with a fractured finger.

This year Dardon is batting at a .288 clip with 15 home runs and 71 RBIs. He has played in 107 games and scored 64 times.
