Over the course of a baseball season, the typical player ebbs and flows, but Harry Keppel is not the type of guy you can put in a box. In fact, he works hard year-round to hone his skills and to be the best he can be. In July, the Hyundai first baseman gathered enough votes to be named the Domestic League Batter of the Month.
Keppel burned opposing pitchers for a .411 average, rounding out the month with 39 hits, 8 home runs, 26 RBIs and 18 runs scored.
Who says hard work doesn't pay off?
To date this year Keppel is batting .350 with 21 home runs. | |
